There are a lot of broccoli/rice/ cheese recipes out there. This is an original from the 70s. One suggestion is to mix all ingredients while the rice and broccoli are hot.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325. Saute onions, celery, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent.
- 2. Prepare rice and broccoli as directed.
- 3. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spread mixture in 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
