1 LB PORK TENDRLOIN-QUARTERED LENGTHWISE & THINLY SLICED

1 HEAD BROCCOLI [1 LB] CUT INTO FLORETS; STALKS PEELED & THINLY SLICED

Steps:

  • * IN MED BOWL, COMBINE O.J. & ZEST, SOY SC,VINEGAR & CORN STARCH. SET ASIDE. *IN SKILLET HEAT 1 TSP OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. COOK PORK IN 2 BATCHES UNTIL ONE SIDE BROWN.
