Broccoli - or - Spinach Souffle image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 ounce Eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 tablespoons Flour
1/2 cup Milk
1 box Broccoli or Spinach
1/2 cup Mayo

Steps:

  • Make white sauce
  • Add defrosted broccoli or spinach
  • Grease a 2 qt casserole dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees - 45 minutes
  • Serve immediately
  • Mix together beaten eggs and mayo, add to cool white sauce
