BROCCOLI CRUNCH SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 medium fresh broccoli, chopped, about 1 pound *
1/2 pound bacon
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda *

Steps:

  • Chop and fry the bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Blend the mayonnaise, vinegar and Splenda; combine all of the ingredients and chill before serving. Makes about 6-8 servings Do not freeze
