Steps:
- 1. Grill or fry the bacon to your liking but not too dry and crisp.
- 2. Put it between the slices of bread and spread with HP sauce or whatever you choose.
- 3. Slice in half and enjoy.
- 4. Substitutions: Not traditional but you could add a slice of real cheese (not cheese food); different breads or rolls; different sauces such as chili sauce or dijon mustard.
