BRIE TARTLETS WITH AMARETTO, PEACH AND PECAN PRESERVES image

Pre-baked frozen tartlet shells
Brie, rind removed
1 10 oz. jar peach or apricot preserves
2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 C pecans, toasted and chopped

Steps:

  • Combine preserves, Amaretto and pecans. Refrigerate until needed. Fill tartlet shells with up to 1 T brie. Top with 1 t preserve mix. Bake at 350 for 8 min. Tips: Use frozen Filo shells Freeze brie for 1-1 1/2 hrs to easily remove the rind and cut into cubes.
