BRETT'S BBQ SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

6 cups light brown sugar
44 oz bottle ketchup
2 cups red wine vinegar
1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
10 tsp ground mustard
5 tsp smoked paprika
3 tsp Spanish paprika
6 tsp Kosher or sea salt
4 tsp white pepper
4 tsp onion powder
4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup real orange juice (I use Simply Orange)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well. It is not required but I will cook on low heat to incorporate the ingredients together. Bottle and use as needed. I have kept refrigerated for up to a month.
