2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp pure almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups oats, regular or quick cook
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup coconut
1 cup slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and extracts and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. fold in remaining ingred. and stir. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
