Steps:
- Cook sausage, breaking up well.
- Mix both cheeses together in a bowl.
- Place English muffin pieces into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over muffin pieces.
- Layer sausage, cheese, onion and red pepper on the muffins.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the cheese mix.
- Sprinkle bacon bits on top of everything, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator, uncover, and let it sit for 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes and then serve.
