Breaded Veal Chops image

I used to buy Veal Patties in the store already prepared our store stopped selling them I can only find frozen on-cor brand Veal Parmesan. haven't made these chops since I was young but this was in mom's recipe box from one of our relatives. recipe doesn't say anything about using fat or oil in pan so I didn't add it.

1or more veal chops
1 or more egg(s)
bread crumbs, dry seasoned
or italian seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Pound chops until thin in seasoning.
  • 2. Dip in Bread crumbs then in egg and in crumbs again
  • 3. Brown in skillet on both sides then cover & simmer for about 1 hour
