Bread Machine Sourdough image

Sometimes I just like a different type of bread. This one is tasty and different, and has the sour dough taste.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3/4 cup water
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons margarine
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon bread enhancer

Steps:

  • Spray bread machine pan.
  • Bake as per instructions for your machine.
