Braunschweiger Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 slices braunschweiger
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons onion soup mix (1/2 package)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley sprigs or chopped hard-cooked egg

Steps:

  • 1. In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat braunschweiger until smooth. Add sour cream, soup mix and Worcestershire sauce beat well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to develop flavor.2. Garnish with parsley or egg.
