Steps:
- 1. Sprinkle meat with flour, garlic salt, oregano, basil, and pepper. Toss to coat. 2. Heat oil in Dutch Oven or large pot. Add meat. Cook over medium heat until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. 3. Add onions, carrots, beef broth and brandy. Cover. Heat on LOW heat 1 1/2 hrs. or until meat is tender. 4. Add mushrooms and parsley. Simmer 10 min. 5. Serve with crusty bread and green salad.
