BOWTIE PARMESAN PASTA image

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 Oz. Bowtie Pasta
3/4 Cup Fresh or Frozen Peas
1/3 Cup Diced Onion
1 Cup Diced Ham
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
1 Tbls. Butter
2 Pinch of Fresh Ground Peper
2 Pinch Garlic Salt
4 Tbls. Pine Nuts

Steps:

  • Start by begining to cook bowties in boiling water. In a seperate large skillet sautee onions,garlic salt, ham and peas for ten for ten minutes in the butter. Add cream to onion mix and simmer for another 10 minutes. Drain bowties and add to cream and onion mix for 5 minutes. Remove from heat,transfer to serving dish,stir in pine nuts,top with the parmesan and serve.
