Bourbon Cream image

Use this whipped cream to top our Texas Hill Country Pumpkin Pie.

1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon bourbon

Steps:

  • Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Add bourbon, and whisk gently to incorporate. Serve immediately.
