Steps:
- Combine first seven ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
- Remove steak and pour marinade in a small sauce pan.
- Grill steak to desired doneness and thinly slice across the grain.
- While steak is grilling heat sauce over med-low heat until well heated. Add gravy master to create desired color of sauce.
- Combine cornstarch with a tablespoon or so of liquid to dissolve it. You can use water or wine. Add this mixture to the marinade
- You may need more cornstarch mixture to develop desired consistency of your sauce.
