Steps:
- Place the sliced onions on the bottom of Dutch oven. Season the roast and place on top of the onions. Add bay leaf and vinegar to pan. Heat over med-high heat to brown. Place in 325 oven for 3-4 hours, or may simmer on top of stove for 3-4 hours. When roast is done, remove from pan and mix flour and water, then add to pan. Cook and stir until thick. Serve roast with gravy.
