Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325F. Butter and flour a 9x5x3 loaf pan. 2. Whisk bananas and eggs in large bowl to blend. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend well. 3. Transfer to pan. Bake until top is golden brown and tester comes out mostly clean (a few crumbs is good). This will take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. 4. Cool in pan for 20 minutes, then finish cooling on rack. Bread is best the next day.
