Blueberry-Yogurt Smoothies image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 ripe banana, cut into thirds
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1 cup yogurt

Steps:

  • Combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt in a blender; puree on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Smoother Smoothies
  • If the ingredients in your smoothie don't blend easily, simply add more liquid until everything incorporates. Adding some (or extra) banana will make any of these recipes thicker and creamier.
