Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened*
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili pepper
1 (2 1/4-ounce) jar dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 package Keebler® Club® Original cracker

Steps:

  • 1. In small mixing bowl beat Cheddar cheese and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add chili peppers, beef and pepper sauce. Beat until combined. On serving platter spread in 10-inch circle.2. Spread salsa over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
