Steps:
- Heat sugar, in 2 qts of juice until boiling.
- Meanwhile, mix perma-flo and 1 qt of juice in a separate bowl.
- Add perma-flo to boiled water or juice and last add 1 tsp salt and stir till the thickness you like.
- Add the thickened sauce to 5 qts of smashed blueberrys.
- Put into jars and cold pack them to seal, bring to boil, turn off heat and leave in hot water for 30 min. Makes 16 pints
