1/4 butter
3/4 c wh flour
1.5 tsp bkg pwd
1/2 c fine cornmeal
1/3 c sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 c butter-milk
2 eggs
1/2 c berries
juice 1/2 lemon

Steps:

  • pre-heat 375 whisk dry w/ pinch of salt whisk wet w/ berries combine bake 15-20 min store in airtight container at room temp.
