BLUE CHEESE PECAN BALL image

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup pecans, ground
whole pecans for garnish

Steps:

  • Grind nuts in food processor until fine. Cut in cream cheese in 8 pieces and add blue cheese. Process until smooth. Garnish with whole pecans.
