Blue Cheese, Cranberry and Pear Crostini image

Make a fruity Italian appetizer with our Blue Cheese, Cranberry and Pear Crostini! This pear crostini is made tasty with French bread, pecans and more.

32 slices (1/4 inch thick) French bread (about 1 loaf)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans
2 small fresh pears, cored, cut into 32 thin slices

Steps:

  • Heat broiler.
  • Place bread slices on baking sheet; brush with oil. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until browned. Cool completely on wire rack.
  • Mix cheeses, cranberries and nuts; spread onto bread slices.
  • Top with pears.
