BLUE CHEESE CHEESECAKE
Steps:
- Butter 1 10" or 2 6" spring form pans. Mix butter and Cheese Nip crackers. Press to bottom and sides of pan(s). In food processor or mixer, cream cream cheese and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and picante, mix well. Add blue cheese and green onions. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake at 350 until set and knife comes out clean (about 1 hour).
