Steps:
- Brown Ground Beef and chili spice #1 in heavy bottom stock pot. Add Onion, bacon, and chili spice #2until bacon is crisp and onion is soft over medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Add Sherry, bouillon, worschestershire and beer cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and chili spice #3 cook for 10-15 minutes to incorporate the flavors. Remove from heat, add cheese and serve.
