I LOVE THIS ,SOOOO GOOD AND YOU CAN USE PURPLE CABBAGE OR BOTH.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 small head of cabbage
1/2 medium onion,quarted
1/2 - bell pepper, quarted
1 small carrot, sliced
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground pepper
1 teaspoon(s) accent
1 teaspoon(s) dill seed
1 tablespoon(s) sugar

Steps:

  • CORE CABBAGE AND CUT INTO EIGHTHS. WASH AND FILL BLENDER HALF WAY WITH CABBAGE,ADD ENOUGH WATER TO COVER CABBAGE. PUT LID ON BLENDER.AND BLEND FOR 5 SECONDS UNTIL BLENDER CONTENTS ARE THROUGHLY CHOPPED
  • EMPTY CONTENTS IN A STRAINER TO DRAIN. REPEAT WITH CABBAGE AND VEGETABLES.PLACE VEGETABLES IN A BOWL.
  • TO MAKE THE DRESSING: PUT REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO THE BLENDER AND COVER, MIX FOR 15 SECONDS THEN POUR OVER CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND TOSS. USE RUBBER SPATULA TO REMOVE ALL DRESSING FROM BLENDER. REFRIGERATE AND SERVE
