nectarine, peeled, cut up
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon natural bran

Steps:

  • Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.
  • Whirl until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glass.
