2 ounces bell pepper
2 ounces onion
1 teaspoons garlic
5 ounces chicken
1 teaspoons cajun seasoning
6 ounces heavy cream
8 ounces penne pasta
4 ounces gorgonzola cheese
1 units salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Sauté bell peppers, onions, and garlic in hot oil.
  • Add chicken, Cajun spice, heavy cream, and pasta.
  • Reduce cream by half. Add gorgonzola. Season with salt and pepper.
