Steps:
- 1. Put the blackberries in the bottom of a large widemouth jar.pour the vodka and sugar over the blackberries,tighten the lid,and shake gently to blend.store for at least 2 months in cool,dry place before using.to decant,pour the liquid through a cheesecloth lined strainer into a bowl,then funnel the cordial into a decanter.
