This cobbler was so easy and tastes absolutely amazing...with the fresh blackberries a sugar glazing on top...we enjoyed it thoroughly...To tell you the truth after one taste the cobbler didn't last...a delish dish I came across this recipe in The Pioneer Woman Cooks book by Ree Drummond

- 1. Preheat oven to 350* Use a square or round baking pan (grease pan) Melt butter in a microwavable bowl or the baking pan..
- 2. Rinse and drain blackberries, set aside... In a medium bowl add flour and sugar with 1/4 cup set aside stir with whisk...Pour in melted butter, milk (OPT-1 Tbsp Sherry) (minus 1 Tbsp Milk) and stir with whisk till nice and smooth....Pour into greased baking pan evenly place blackberries on top spreading out evenly...sprinkle 1/4 cup remaining sugar on top....
- 3. Bake in oven for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly...serve warm by it self or with warm cream or ice cream...Enjoy
