Black Forest Fudge image

Same as Pecan, with additions

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (12) ounce(s) pacages of milk chocolate chips
2 (12) ounce(s) packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7) ounce(s) jar of marshmellow creme
1 cup(s) butter
4 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 (13) ounce(s) can evaporated milk
3-4 cup(s) chopped pecans
2 cup(s) dried cherries
1 teaspoon(s) cherry extract

Steps:

  • combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme, and butter in a large bowl
  • Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over medium low heat for 9 minutes stirring constantly
  • Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecans, cherries, and extract, stir until well blended
  • Spread into prepared pan and chill until firm Cut into squares and server Store in lidded container and refridgerate
