Pig Lickin Cake image

This is great for pot luck dinners or summer dessert! I make this with sugar free ingredients when possible to save calories. But Cool whip I use regular. It has very little sugar. Sugar-free pudding works well.

2 large can(s) mandarin oranges
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c oil
TOPPING FOR CAKE: 8 OZ TUB OF COOL WHIP,THAWED,1 PKG.VANILLA PUDDING,1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (DRAINED)

Steps:

  • 1. dump oranges,cake mix,egg and oil into a bowl, mix then add to a 9x13 greased pan.Bake as directed on cake mix box. Cool.
  • 2. Topping: Mix cool whip,pudding & drained pineapple together. Spread over cooled cake. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve!
