Steps:
- 1. Cook instant rice according to instructions. Cover and set aside to keep warm.
- 2. Cut the sausage into 1/4 inch slices. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage to pan and saute until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and allspice and saute another 30 seconds.
- 3. Stir in the beans, tomatoes and chiles. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Serve over the rice.
