Steps:
- Cut bacon into 1/2" pieces and cook until crisp. Remove and drain. Use frying pan to fry eggs and allow eggs to rest in pan. Mix dressing and toss with greens - divide among 4 plates. Place one egg on top of each and sprinkle with bacon and croutons.
