Biscuit Pizza image

I was looking for a way to use flakey biscuits I had in the fridge. While looking through one of my many cookbooks, I came across a recipe using the biscuits for a tostada. I decided to try it for a pizza crust and it came out really good.

Number Of Ingredients 4

- can of flakey biscuits
- 1 small onion sauted in olive oil
- 4 tblsp pizza sauce
- 4 oz shredded mozzerella

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray small sheet pan with pan spray. Take biscuits out of tube and flatten on pan and try to push together to form bottom crust.
  • Spread sauce on crust. Add onions and cheese.
  • Place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
