Baked Whiting With Shrimp Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound whiting sole, or turbot fillets
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of shrimp soup
1 1/2 cups pork rind, crushed
1/4 cup butter melted
1 tablespoon onion grated
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375° F. 2. Place fillets in a greased shallow baking dish. Spread soup over top sprinkle with crushed pork rinds. Mix together butter, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and lemon juice pour over pork rinds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and fish flakes easily.
