Big Daddy's BBQ sauce Recipe - (4.6/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown suga
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp hickory liquid smoke.

Steps:

  • Mix all except soy, butter and smoke. Simmer 30 min. stirr in remaining ingredients and simmer another 10 min. I even use this sauce as a sandwich spread.
