Chunky pieces of beef cooked in a rich Italian styled tomato sauce. Serve with creamy polenta or mash with crusty bread and steamed veggies. Perfect on a chilly night. I have baked this and used the slow cooker/croc pot. If using the croc pot use only ONE tin of tomatoes.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 375oF/180oC and grease a casserole dish, that has a lid.
- 2. Place all the ingredients except the parsley in a casserole dish and pop in the oven and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours stirring once during cooking time.
- 3. Add the parsley and stir through. Serve.
