Number Of Ingredients 6

1.5 lb. rack of pork ribs, cut into thirds
1 1/4 C. Ketchup
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
4 T. Brown Sugar
4 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with water. Place the ribs into the water, making sure the ribs are completely submerged. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat and cover for an hour. While ribs are simmering, combine all the remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer ingredients for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ribs meat-side down on a broiler pan. Brush half of the sauce mixture on the ribs and broil for 8-9 minutes 4 inches from the heat. Flip the ribs over, and brush with remaining sauce.
