Better-Choice Easy Flat-Bottom Fruit Pie image

Ready-to-use pie crust and sugar-free instant pudding make this flat-bottom fruit pie as quick and easy to make as-well, pie.

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1-1/4 cups fat-free milk
1 cup (about 1/3 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 large fresh peach, sliced
1/2 cup each fresh blueberries and raspberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Unroll pie crust onto baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Spread pudding mixture onto crust just before serving; top with fruit.
