This is Big Daddy D's recipe !! (I'm adding it for those that make bread machine bread) at 3 net carbs per serving, its guaranteed to be a hit among our low carb friends !! http://lowcarbohydrate.blogspot.com/search?q=better+bread+thats+low+carb

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 (1/4 ounce) packets fast rising yeast
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup soy flour
2/3 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in bread machine. Set "light" browning setting. Turn on according to your bread machines instructions.
