I try to eat sensibly most of time and when I eat salad, I dip my fork in the dressing instead of pouring it all over the salad. That is, unless I've made this homemade Thousand Island Dressing. Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 c stuffed green olives, chopped fine
1/4 small onion, chopped fine
3 sweet pickles, chopped fine (i use baby gerkins)
1-2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chili sauce
2 sprig(s) parsley, chopped fine (or dried equivalent)

Steps:

  • 1. Chop olives, onion and pickles in food processor or chopper.
  • 2. Pour into a bowl and add other ingredients. Stir to mix well. Store in refrigerator.
