Best Meatballs in the World! POPS! image

These meatballs are very special to me because it is simply my recipe. No copying done here!

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb ground beef
1 lb italian pork sausage
1 lb ground buffalo
1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c chopped fresh thyme
1/4 c chopped fresh oregano
1/2 c chopped fresh basil
5 clove garlic minced
1/2 c red wine
1 egg
1 c panko crumbs
1 1/2 c grated parmesan
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/4 Tbsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients well and form into large balls.
  • 2. Brown them in a skillet with a little olive oil until brown. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook like 5 at a time depending on the size of your skillet.
  • 3. Place them into your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook all day about 6-8 hours. Serve over you favorite type of pasta. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
