Best Ever Porcupine Meatball dinner image

This was a dish my mom made during WWII...it is a meal in a pot, a side of biscuits and applesauce is nice. Spices are in the soup so you really don't need to add anything to the meat mixture. (I just made myself hungry!)

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c uncooked rice or instant rice
1 can(s) vegetable beef soup
2 can(s) vegetarian vegetable abc soup

Steps:

  • 1. open and put the contents of the soup into a pressure cooker. Add about 1/2 c. water
  • 2. mix hamburger, and rice. Roll into medium sized meatballs. drop into soup. put lid on pressure cooker and cook for amount of minutes and pressure recommended for your cooker. I do mine at 10 for 15 to 20 minutes.
