Steps:
- Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour 13x9x2" pan Beat sugar & eggs until thick & pale yellow. Stir in oil. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots & nuts. Pour batter into pan & bake in preheated oven, 35 to 40 min. Cool on rack & frost with cream cheese frosting. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla & powdered sugar until smooth.
