Best chocolate coffee frosting image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 ounces Unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/2 sticks Butter
4 cups Powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Strongly brewed coffee or espresso
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 pinch Salt

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and butter at half power for three minutes or until soft. Continue microwaving and stirring being careful not to burn until chocolate is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat at high speed for five minutes or until it reaches spreading consistency. Add more powdered sugar if it seems too runny.
