Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 9" by 2" deep cake pans. Mix ingredients on low for 1 minute. Scrape bowl. Mix on medium for 2 minutes. Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate until smooth, over simmering water. Let cool to room temp. Whisk sour cream into melted chocolate. Frost and garnish.
