I have been making this for years and everyone that has tried it always says it's the best chicken tenders ever they stay so moist because of the mayonnaise, I think you will really enjoy this recipe and it is very quick and goes good with rice, potatoes, macaroni, or just vegetables.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350* Take each breast of chicken and wash it, then split the breast in half and pound it out a little, then drag it threw the Hellemans mayonnaise and then press into the italian or plain bread crumbs and place them on a cookie sheet pan lightly spray it with cooking spray and bake them for about 20-30 minutes turning them once during the cooking time.
