Steps:
- 1. Preheat grill to medium. 2. Whisk eggs, syrup, cinnamon and milk until well combined. 3. Melt butter or oil in a small skillet over medium to low heat, coat pan well. 4. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle with berries. Cook for 1 minute until base is set. 5. Transfer to grill and continue cooking until lightly golden and eggs are firm but still creamy. 6. Serve with yoghurt and coconut.
